Seriously, acne and wrinkles!
Here I thought I was the only one reliving my teen age years. Doctor says to clean really well dry well. And if you have really big sores see your doctor and let them treat you so they have a record of your problems and can make the insurance cover you tummy tuck because of medical needs. You didn't hear that from me

Friday Weigh-In!
- Yeyyy
Your doing good just one piece of advice stay off the scale only weight your self 1 time a week there is a Friday weigh in forum here post your weight there. Other wise you may become disappointed with what the scale is reading and you will stop eating and put your body into starvation mode. NOT GOOD. I learned the hard way just trying to help out others. It took a while to learn and who would have thunk that to lose weight you would have to eat.(and its hard) to eat when you feel full all the time. And your weight will slow down from time to time. Just keep working on it you will do fine . Congrats on your journey don't go back- New Here :)
The waiting is the hard part. Then comes the pre op liquid diet (called hell week) then after surgery you won't want to eat. Then months down the road you will have to force your self to eat just to keep losing the weight. ( did you ever think there would be a time in your life that you would have to eat to lose weight) then you have to get rid of all your old close and start buying new stuff( here's where salvation arm come in to play) then you stand in front of the mirror and love the way you look. Who would have thunk.we would have done this years ago. Good luck on your new journey and may approval come soon- 4 Years Post-Op

I know it's hard but you have to try and get in a min of 800 calories a day. Today I'm wearing pants that are 38 waist I went from a 2x-3x shirt today I'm wearing a large to XL. My trainer at the gym has grounded me from the weight room till I can do 1 hour of cardio what good is muscle if your heart quits working. More good news is that I have gone from a 46-48 waist to a 38 waist have lost over 10 inch on my waist I now have Bat wings so I'm learning to fly. And my diabetes is gone my A1C just came back 6.0- Hey Y'all!

Hw 305 Sw 290 Cw 220 no weight loss since Wednesday ( bummer) Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12- Has Anyone Had Problems Sleeping 2 Weeks Post-Op?
I have had the same problem after surgery and coming of pain Med's Do you use a C-PAC when you sleep if so you may need to have your machine adjusted or you may not need it any more. But sounds like your body is trying to adjust to what you just went though. Call your doctor and tell he/her maybe they can help Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12- Chinese Food
Rice is full of carbs. We have a saying at group support it goes ( if it's white it's not right) white bread, white rice, potatos, Pasta. All bad for you to many carbs and your body will stop breaking down Fat and just work on breaking down carbs that take so much longer to break down. It's better to work on getting in Protein and veggies. As for Chinese I love it and have had it 1 time since surgery 13 weeks ago it was fabulous all 2 oz of it. The only bad part was it was so sweet it raised my blood sugars really high Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12- Feeling Blue
Number 7 we all have gone though what you are feeling. And it will go way when your standing in front of the mirror and you see the change, or someone tells you your looking HOT. Then you remember why you did this to your self and understand you can live your life and not need JUNK food. Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12 - Yeyyy
