Hi everyone! So, I'm a 30 something, single, female waiting to find out about insurance approval- my clinic said probably by Friday... I have diabetes and high cholesterol so I hope it'll go through. I'm anxious and nervous and worried lol I'm so ready to start and feel like I'm going thru some kind of "goodbye" to favorite foods. I've been researching and reading everything I can find. I feel confident this is right for me and think I'm ready to make those changes I need to... Just ready to stop waiting and go! Looking for a good support team- I want to do this right and use it as the tool that it is to becoming healthy... So just an intro... good to meet everyone
