I am not workingvout at all, I have a bad back and theconly exercise I get is walking at work.

I'm having the same issues! I can't eat over 150/ 200 calories and Water feels like bricks. By husband things something cod be wrong, but I'm not voimiting. ????

Wow how is that even possible.....

So, I get a call for a motorcycle accident yesterday. We got on scene and it was down this hill anyway, to make a log story short I carried my pt up this hill on a backboard, I did all my cares and when I got back I went up the 5 flights of stairs to get to our sleeping quarters and nothing hurt! Not my knees nothing!! Best of all I could speak in full sentences at the wreck after carrying this pt and at the top of the stairs!!
I ant leave out the funny, so at the top of the hill, my freaking belt buckle popped out of the hole and I looked like a punk kid with my pants down to almost the bottom of my ass while I stand bow legged holding the gurney trying to get it into the back of the ambulance!
Anyway, this was huge for me because I am already seeing positive changes for a better me for myself and the communities I serve. Just needed to share this because for me, this was huge. Thanks for listening to yet another David rant lol

Ok this isn't exactly pizza, but it gives your taste bid a kick, easy to swollen, and light calories!
So, slice a Tomato. 1 cm thick. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and mozerella cheese on top and put in the oven - broil til your liking!! Yummy!!

My All Time High 350lbs I am 5'2 Had Lap Band Installed January 2010 Only To Be Emergency Removed July 2011 Due To Severe Complications From That Approach And A lot Stemmed From The Action Of Vomiting.. Please, Guys Vomiting Is Not Normal If Severe, Tell Your Dr Soon Before You Endure The Pain And Death Scare Anyway I Did Had Lost 100 lbs There... Had Gastric Bypass July 23 2012 At 280 lbs And I Just Had The Drain Out And No Weight Loss Because Of Major Ankle And Leg Swelling. But I Am Losing Now.. I Feel It. But A scale Is Not My Friend.. *Plz inform your Dr. if you are vomiting often and not just spitting up. This is not NORMAL :-(

It's best to ask your doctor office what Psycologist do their recommend and see if you can find patients on the net or Facebook who had their surgery there to ask them who did they use.

How long ago did you have surgery? Sometimes your mind thinks your hungrey and your not. It gets better.

Wow! I was given fluids after I was awake and didnt have a cath, or a drain. All must be the docs preferences.

Hey everyone! I was wondering if I am the only one having trouble eating, I am 8 weeks out and cannot keep any food down, I am constantly trying to eat, but everything, and I mean everything at the least makes me nauseated. I am taking Zofran as often a I can. At 4 weeks post-op, I had an EDG, and everything was great but my doc put me back on the soft diet phase, which I am still on, I vomit the "foam" whenever I eat any Protein. I ave lost over 50 pounds since surgery. I can eat ice chips without feeling nauseated or vomiting, but that is it.
