Hugs to you! That's an awful time! Next time try meat tenderizer mixed in warm Water. When I get it it ruins me for hours. Its always when I try to eat to fast. Lots for us all to learn.....I wish we didn't have to learn the hard way ya know?

I have no idea how I function by only eating 210 calories a day???? I have way more energy than my body wants to have right now does anyone else have this too? Its so awesome!

Oh and I was really depressed because I gained 10.pounds from IV fuilds they gave me extra because I had a UTI that probably came from prep. HUBBY said if I get upset he will let the boys use the scale for target practice.

ok so it i am home on a real computer... the ride home was over and hr and a swear my husband hit every bump so i hit him for every bump..lol .Plus he is over there eating a hamburger, fries and a cookie, REALLY just kill me now!!!. I was is tears, the whole was home, so 1/2 way home!!. OMG, he looks at me and says is this worse than your kidney stone? or natural child birth (10lbs)... um yeah..
one PLUS, I got my dress back, there was one draw NO one could get open the PACU RN comes up stairs kicks it opens and says I brought you up and but your dress right here.. i couldn't believe it, As i was leveing everyone in the hospital asked about the dress and shoes.. which i thought was so funny , i am just glad to have them back.. I am glad to be home in my own bed with my cats and dog..

Well I'm a week out and I decided to hop my booty on the scale for the first time not really worried about it moving but I am happy to say I am down from 315 to 291 I have not been in the twos in years so happy I am having no pain been up moving and a grooving feeling like a new person I am going back to work day after tomorrow so ready to order me some new work uniforms! And for all of you out there having complcations this too shall pass and before you know it it will just e a distant memory !! All the love and peace Jessica

I start my pre op diet tomorrow seems so crazy 7 days away . Excited but what a life change . How is everyone doing with the new changes coming ?

Guess what I did? I donated about 90% of my summer clothes! ( its still warm so I needed to save some) it felt so getting rid of them forever! PRAYING FOR YOU ALL!

My starting weight is 331. I've been on my two week pre-op for 2 days at 325 now. I also started my Vitamins. Did anyone get crabby and a terrible burning in your stomach?
All who have surgery this week I'm praying for y'all. Can't wait to hear how things went and if you have any tips for us;)~Judy

Hello! How do you start a new thread it seems I can only reply on my cell phone. You are all amazingly fantastic!!!! I go for surgery September 17th. Any advice I'm having RNY gastric bypass? So many people try to talk me out of it saying is so final. I say yes, yes it is bring it on!

I'm not clear for excercise but I will waiting for 1wk post up tomorrow so I can do something light. I'm also noticing my arms more hangy,but they were from before. The only thing looking the best is my face Wish this 24 weight lost was all in my tummy. Big difference it would had made.
