  9. I'm right there with you. Its crazy the difference between doctors. You'd think there'd be this universal plan. I will be 3 weeks in the morning. I actually tried tuna tonight b/c I was going crazy on soft foods. It wasn't good! It was white albacore tuna very dry. After s few bites it came back up! I guess we need regular tuna. I'm so excited about my document appointment tomorrow! I'm down 35 pounds!!!! Happy loosening my friends;)
  10. I would like to be added also please. Judy Kammeraad my profile pic has a family of 7 standing by the Mackinac Bridge. Thanks:)
  11. Seems like I do fantastic then I over do it and wind up in massive pain! Has anyone found anything that works better than gas x for gas pain? Also, has anyone purchased the weight loss surgery cookbooks if so what one? Hope your all doing OK and getting your fluids in.
  12. This is surly a different road traveled. I've found out I get nauseous when its time.to eat. Last night I drank way to much water because my throat was so dry I couldn't even talk. Then I was sick! I read that you can ruin your pouch doing that. ;( so now I have a sippy bottle by my bed. 3 weeks post op and still in pain. I had a few days pain free but, then they come back full force. What are y'all doing for the incision pains? Who's totally sick of cream soups? I can't wait to enter phase 3 diet and start water aerobics! What's your choice of exercise? Have a great night my friends!
