So I was discharge from the hospital yesterday and honestly my pain is minimal. I have been passing a little gas, still no BM...and I can tolerate drinking a little cold with a little pain and warm liquids. I have climbed 2 flights of stairs but I'm still taking it easy....my taste buds haven't changed because I am constantly thinking of all the yummy food inventions I will create... bored with broths, jello and Popsicles

Wow they let you eat puréed already? I was sent home on Clear liquids..1 week 2nd week creamy liquids puréed week 3... ( RNY 9/28) How's your pouch handling that?

Hi everyone! So I'm officially post op!!! Thank you guys for thinking of me.. I was to drugged up to be on my iPad or phone last night. I had a bit of a scare in the recovery room something bout my heart thankfully they took some labs and the cardio dr cleared that this am! I'm walking, sipping...walking and peeing ... Not sure how I'm laying here on my side but my back was hurting earlier...YAY for the completion of our September Members!! U guys are so awesome!!!

Well I can not sleep...today is my day and I believe Im the last one in our circle...yay for me I will have all of you to cheer me on..lol I am terrified of the pain but ready for the aftermath....I look forward to sitting on the loser bench with each of you...((hugs))
