I am planning to use some baby food fruits and vegetables, especially if I'm not home. Add some Protein Powder and there you go! My surgery center also suggests 98% fat free cream Soups. I picked up some cartons today so you can pour the right amount vs opening a can. Hope that gives you some ideas

Hello everyone ive been having pcos for 20 years my daughter is21 and it triggered. Had to take fertility to get preg after that and suffered wuth oelvic and ovary pain all time. And losing weight was so hard. Im hoping this surgery helps .. hairbon my chin gets out of control if anybody has any ideas please share..well i finally have a date seen surgen on 27th but i swithed from band till rny since people like us with pcos dies better with bypass docter says. Well i go preop tommrow and nect thursday 17th is my surgery im getting nervous but excited. So glad to know theres other women like me wuth pcos and understands how hard it is to lose weight . Some people think we use it as excused. Goodluck to yall
