  5. I'm only 4 and a half weeks out and I had and endoscopy Friday. I took two tiny bites of baked chicken tonight and was stuffed. I'll give it a few more weeks. I didn't vomit or anything though

  7. How long post op did y'all re-introduce solid foods into your regular diet?
  8. I had surgery one month ago tomorrow and I've lost about 30 lbs
  9. I just started trying to eat crackers and I didn't like that feeling. I also ate 5 multi grain Pringles and that was ok

I like the fit&active strawberry banana and idk if you have an Aldi in your area but they have a brand called happy farms or something like that and its lowfat and they have several different flavors. I picked up a whipped chocolate mousse yesterday but I haven't tried it yet. When was your surgery?
  11. Bonnie, How old are you? Once the weight comes off our bodies become very fertile so I'm sure you will be able to successfully carry a baby

  13. Lol I see why they called you a light weight. I'm 5'9" and my highest weight was 429. I was 403 the day of surgery and I'm 375 now....can't weight to get out of the 300's altogether
  14. Kim if you don't mind me asking, what was your highest weight? How tall are you?
  15. I am. I ate some mashed potatoes and gravy last night and it stayed down and I'm going to try some oatmeal this morning. I haven't thrown up once since having the procedure on Friday
  16. I felt bloated for about a week maybe even a week and a half and you're right it does hurt
  17. Its been less than 24 but I honestly do feel a lot better
  18. Stay positive. I'm not saying its a cure all. Its been less than 24 hours but I just feel a lot better than I have in a long time
  19. Congratulations....I am 4 weeks post op....this is such and exciting time in our lives. I'm looking forward to seeing your transformation!
  20. You can still post in the pre op discussions. I know you are so excited...the time will fly by....just watch and see. Good luck with everything
