Current weight: 195
I have lost 102 pounds. Never in my life have I lost this much weight. I have tried everything. This surgery is the best decision I have ever made. My weight loss has really slowed down. I was upset at first but when I thought about I had to stop looking at the numbers. My doctors goal for me is 180. I'm not that far away. I'm off of blood pressure meds, asthma meds and my cpap machine. I can't believe it. Also I went from wearing a size 24 bottoms to a size 14. Tops a size 3X to a large. So I won't give up now because I've come to far. If I don't get to 180 I will still be happy. I will focus on just keeping it off. It's been over 20 years since I've been under 200 pounds. I am so happy!

Mine as slowed down ALOT!!!! About two lbs or less a week. Was about four a week. SD 6/5/12 306.6 and down to 294.8. Total of 111.8!!!

If your seriously jonesing for rice there is a great alternative and that is "faux rice". It's is grated up cauliflower. Looks just like rice when grated up. I have made fried rice using that and you add Protein by scrambling an egg into it. There are so many different recipes check them out on line.
