I've been stalled for the past two weeks. I'm trying to keep positive. Any suggestions. I go to the gym 3 days a week and walk daily for an hour. I do have a difficult time consuming my liquids. My average water I take is 36-42 ounces. Does that have anything to do with it?

I did better today but still a struggle. Used gas x and walked walked walked. Regarding water intake drank a water bottle but I hope to have continue to Rogers's with the water intake which I'm worried about the most

I also had surgery on Monday! I have gas too but just keep walking. My issue is not consuming enough water. How about you? I'm only drinking half a water bottle I'm terrified of getting dehydrated. Any advice anyone?

Hi I had surgery this Monday 3/31/14. I'm only drinking half a water bottle is this normal? I don't want to get dehydrated. Any advice? I'm taking a sip every 7 minutes. I feel like I'm not meeting the Expectations yet.

Had surgery on Monday. Released from the hospital yesterday, my pain in mild to moderate. I think the gas is worse and sleeping on my side. Any recommendations? Sipping water is difficult but slowly but surely will get better.

Thank you for your best wishes. I lost 12 lbs, my prep op diet was healthy good choices and protein shakes. Total calories consumed daily was no more than 1,000 staring weight was 252 surgery weight was 240.

I had my surgery 3/31/14 @ 1030. I'm doing well first day I was out of it. Today I'm awake and alert. I do have some discomfort but nothing major. I'm so thankful and excited.

I just got approved and scheduled for March 31

Woot woot I'm so excited I got my approval today and scheduled surgery for 3/31/14!! It's been a long journey but it's finally happening! I can't believe it. Someone pinch me! Any advice regarding what to do prior or even after? Why should I take to the hospital and what not to do afterwards. I have my pre op class next week but extremely excited !

I had my eval today, and it went great. Thanks for the support. Now to wait for the insurance approval

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!! This has helped me ease my nerves. This whole process has me on pins and needles. I know I'm close to the finish line and getting geared up for the real thing. I want everything to go without a hitch. Thank you all so much for your support. I love this app and the people in it. This has such a great thing to know and feel the love and support from everyone that is in the same boat or the advice from those that have gone though it. Thank you once again. Hi everyone, can anyone share their experience for psych eval. I'm scheduled to do mines on Wednesday. Everything is done, this is the last item to be completed for insurance approval. I'm nervous and anxious. Is this normal, what to expect or anything I can do. Also how long is the eval and how long before you get your results. What's the process. Any advice will help. Wish me luck.

I everyone can anyone share their experience regarding the psych eval. My family and friends are telling me not to worry, but to be honey I am. Will this person think I'm "taking the easy way out" and judge me. Please advice

I finished my medically supervised diet. The program directed sent the referral and now will be meeting with the surgeon. I'm excited and nervous!! The time has actually came to start the process. These past 6 months have been hard but getting closer to my goal. Any words of encouragement or suggestions? He will tell me your a good candidate or no. I just want to get the green light and do the requirements send off the information and get a response. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for clearance my the end of the month and surgery before April gets here.

Congrats! I'm 3 weeks away from finishing the required 6 month supervised diet. Did you do the psych eval prior to seeing the surgeon? How was the psych eval?

Hi Tangy, I'm doing good as well. I still have 3 more weeks and then I should get the ok to see the surgeon and do the rest if the requirements. I'm super anxious and wish I can forward the clock! If I knew the date I would be happy. But all in due time
