  5. That is why I still do a shake in the morning, I wouldn't make it and don't care or have time for breakfast
  6. Perhaps you came off as harsh when you assumed others were eating "crap" I would suggest that you diet should almost be its own topic that way those interested in it can discuss it there. Happy you and others are doing great on it but that type of food causes issues in my body so I could not do that and I am like most others on this thread focusing on high protein.

  11. You are correct it doesn't stop hair loss but it does support hair re growth, and healthy nails and skin as it is Vitamin H
  12. I would start taking supplements now and using a shampoo and conditioner with biotin in it
  13. had it along with breakage, biotin and collagen helped me
  14. I would suggest you call your surgeons office and see if they can offer some insight
  15. Googled it and this is what their website says: Do I have to be on a liquid diet at any point?As with all surgeries you will be required to be on a clear liquid diet the day before surgery. After surgery for seven to ten days your meal plan will include such items as protein drinks, milk, yogurt, pudding and cream soups. Then you will gradually progress to solids.
  16. Perhaps it is a stricture? I would contact the surgeon maybe an upper GI needs to be done, hope you get answers

  19. Were you sleeved in May 2015? I know that I am many had our first stall around this time frame and it is normal as your body catches up and adjusts, just keep on the path and document everything, it will start back up.
