That worries me too since I already have thin hair.

I would start taking supplements now and using a shampoo and conditioner with biotin in it

I'm worried about hair loss too. Getting in the daily requirement of protein is supposed to help. I've not heard of biotin. Does it have another name? I'm in New Zealand, and we don't get the same variety you do in the States.

Biotin does not stop hair loss. Biotin CAN possibly help the hair you lose grow back faster. I see this question constantly on here and I repeatedly post it DOES NOT STOP hair loss.

You are correct it doesn't stop hair loss but it does support hair re growth, and healthy nails and skin as it is Vitamin H
