calcium citrate +D is taken twice a day two hours a part. The liquid Multivitamin I take my B12 with my Biotin. My doctor said to take the multivitamin in the morning. Also drink your Protein Shakes and stay hydrated. Walk walk walk.I have to tell myself lol

Super Papaya plus is a great enzyme that you take after a meal. It helps to break down the food. I really like it. They are chewable.< /p>

I'm down 31lbs for the journey.After surgery 13lbs.I had my surgery on 8 27-13.So glad I had the surgery.
