Time off
You'll need two weeks. First week to get used to your surgery and any discomfort, I was in the hospital 3 days 2 nights. This is normal practice for my surgeons office. the second week, you need to continue to adapt to the liquid diet. Once you go back to work after the 2 weeks, you'll start the pureed phase. Just my 2 cents...

1 month out....
Amazing results at one month!! Continued success on your journey!! BTW.. great tracking...I also track monthly, (weight, inches loss and a dated picture, to document my sleeve journey and one day make a video). I will wait initially until 10/8 my 6 week checkup.

- soft foods.. how much should I eat?
My program: 1/2 cup - 1 cup whichever amount is tolerable (4 to 6) times a day. You need to make sure you get your protein in...10 - 15 grams of protein per meal.- I think you may have convinced me...
Nervousness is normal. My only regrets was waiting as long as I did to start this amazing journey. I was sleeved on 8/26/13. Best of luck with your decision.- Finally at my 100 pound loss and in the 100s !6 months out

The pain is different for everyone. Plus The morphine pump the first day really helps. Walking truly helps!! Good luck- Finally crossed over
