  1. Put the scales away!! Best thing I did for myself.
  2. I'm almost 6 weeks out. I had minimal pain. Slept in my own bed the first night home. (was in hospital 2 nights). Went to the grocery store 2 days after I got home. No problems. Just couldn't lift anything over 10 lbs per my surgeon. I don't think I would have had trouble with stairs. BUT... everyone is different!
  3. I'm sorry about that appt!! How frustrating for you. Maybe after the test someone will answer your questions.
  4. have you tried several Protein powders? I'm sorry you are struggling.
  5. I know it's hard not to weigh daily because I'm bad about it, too. I finally had to put mine away. I will only weigh 1x a month for now. It's too frustrating!!
  6. I've been a little uncomfortable a few times but have never "crossed the line" yet. I try to undereat my sleeve.
  7. I haven't experienced a chemical taste but my taste has definitely changed.
  8. Thanks for sharing!!!

  11. I've added it to chili to up the Protein. It wasn't horrible but not something I would buy again. Some people really like it.
  12. Check under food and Nutrition section for Protein. Lots of advise there and reviews.
  13. Ditto on Premier Protein ready to drink. Post op I wasn't that keen on them. I prefer Syntrax Nectars like Fuzzy navel, Lemon Tea, Cappachino, roadside lemonade
  14. Yippeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. I like Quest bars, too. They make two types that are sweetened differently. The one I get has stevia or another natural sweetner (name isn't coming to me right now) as a sweetner. The Double chocolate Chunk and Coconut Cashew are very good.
  16. Did you surgeon not send you home with anti nausea medication???
  17. YOU DESERVE to show off!!!
