I can't wait for every Monday to come to watch both shows. I just don't understand how someone can reach those weights, they can hardly move in the bed, their legs are beyond me, I really feel like a skinny person, maybe that's why I watch it. If they are so bed bound how do they reach those weights? On a couple of shows it showed the mother feeding her son, but it didn't show anyone else. someone needs to bring them food because they can't even stand up without using the crane. The pain in their face is evident and I really wish every one of them could get help. The insurance companies sometimes play God with their decisions. they kept Mark in the hospital and paid for numerous days when he could have had surgery and been out. I can't eat, can hardly drink Crystal Lite because I am so awestruck. If they check into the Brookhaven Clinic they need to stop all the junk food, I know it's up to the patient, but come on. There is probably a lot of fast food deliveries but they need to lock the doors. These patients can hardly walk but they seem to open the door for the food deliveries, unbelievable. anyway, there is a lap band coming up and I will be watching.

hi, I'm from Kalamazoo, Michigan, it's halfway between Chicago and Detroit. Banded on May 31st, 2007 by Dr. Verseman. First fill on July 11th, don't know what to expect, hate to think about the pbing! hope I don't have any problems. I like to read all these messages but have never replied, so now I took the chance. Total loss so far is 30 lbs in total including the liquid stage. Once I get a fill I hope to continure on with some weight loss because the scale is not moving down lately. I have a Vanquard 11cc band. Love to hear from everyone.
