Ok, the hair thing again
I was sleeved end of July so I am 8 months. I started loosing strands at 4 months. It started slowing at 7 months and now at 8 months it has stopped. I have baby hairs growing in. Please don't stress your self about it. I had a lot come out but I kept telling myself it's only temporary. I figured worrying about could make it worse. So I pulled it back a lot. I also tried to not wash it daily because the combing out would pull it and more would come out. I used to be a hair dresser and remembered things to help avoid tugging and breaking by using a soft brush. The old fashion kind like the vanity brushes that sit on the vanity tables from the 1940's. That brush and shampooing 2 times a week helped .

Post op pain
Did your doctor send you home with pain meds? I had pain for 3 weeks. Everyone is different. I was 275 and I had to walk around holding my belly. I also was a side sleeper. Took me about a month to be able too sleep on side again. I slepped on a recliner chair for a month. I would call your doc and review the pain level. Walking as much as you can like every hour will help. You have to get the gas out. Hope it gets better soon for you.

let's talk gallbladders
I had mine removed last month. I am 8 months post sleeve. I went back and forth with the same thing. I read so much for 2 weeks straight and finally decided that having a severe attack would end me up in the er with open surgery and a month recovery. I would rather go in as out patient same day instead. I read so many horror stories of people having these terrible attacks. Gallbladder attacks start out small then can get much worse. I was upset of having to go in for another surgery. I must say it was a breese. In at 6 am and out and home by noon. I recovered in about 5 to 6 days. I have heard of people trying to detox and repair but rarely does anyone sucseed. I have no side effects. Upfront right after surgary a little gassy. I hope gets better for you.

gallbladder
I am 8 months out. About 6 months I started having a dull pain on my right side. It was about a 4 or 5 on pain scale. I called my doc because I had heard of others having gallbladder issues after loosing weight. I went in and did ultra sound and yes I had 2 very large gall stones. I was told I had to have another surgery. I read for weeks and really did not want to end up in the er with a major attack. So a month ago I went in and had it removed. I have heard the attacks can get worse so I am glad it is gone. I had no issues. The recovery was about 7 days for me. Also it was in and out same day.

Nervous!
This is very common. I too freaked out when my date was coming near. I also have a 9 year old boy and he and my husband were my main concern. Keep thinking positive thoughts. You can do this. Here I am 8 months later down 112 ponds and no sleep apnea and working out 4 days a week. Life is great.

Sleep Apnea and Sleeve Surgery
I am 9 months post. I stopped my cap once below 200 pounds. I understand the struggle with the mask. I used a fan. Put it next to me and pretended I was laying next to the ocean. It helped. I had such a hard time in the beggining with the mask but soon learned to love it. Now I actually miss it. Crazy!

7 months post-op
I was sleeved one month prior to you inJuly. I am in the same boat but I make sure to put that dense protien in. I may be hungry but once I put a quarter cup of cottage cheese and chicken my tummy is fine. I have always stayed away from unhealthy slidders. Also hot drinks always fill me up. Sugar Free hot coco with a dab of whip does the trick. Egg drop soup too is a good filler but I too get hungry like clockwork. Every 2.5 to 3 hours. I eat 6 small amounts a day. That way the hunger is under control.
