  1. I wish you the beat! Just remember to focus on you first .... The rest will fall into place
  2. It should help if your doing the vitamins and water/ power aid . I had cramp/spasms and they are horrible
  3. I'm doing ok. Sleeved 05/2/2010 .. Lost 163 lbs... Pregnant July 2011... Married nov 2011... Bought. House dec 27 2011.... Moved into house after some fixing up feb 2nd 2012... Had the baby march 6 2012.. After that my focus was baby and home life. I gained 40 back with pregnancy and being off plan. Now I'm back and trying to find my nitch to losing again.
  4. I'm also 3 years out and have gained. I had my fidst child and it was harder than I thought since he was severely colic. But I'm trying my best to get back into sleeve life
  5. I think it might have something to do with dehydration ... Or potassium.. Are you doing a multi vitamin?
  6. I met my husband after my surgery. I actually Made it a standard that we spoke on the phone for three weeks before we finally meet in person. And at the end of the three weeks I told him abut the surgery and the struggles I had and what I was doing to fix it. My husband is one of a kind and has supported me 100% x10 with my weight loss. I meet over a year after surgery. My advise is don't open yourself to people to much to sway your focus away from your goal.
  7. I'm not sure what it is?
  8. Wishing you much luck. I am 3+ years post op an starting the path to lose again. Just like you. I haven't dedicated myself to the plan your doing,... But..... I'm considering. Thanks for the up date and way to go going for more weight loss if that is why you want!
  9. I'm not sure of the exact name. Just fat secret. I have started usin it only instead of my fitness pal. Just easier for me for some reason
  10. Oops hit post on accident. I think our children gain habits from us. I have an 18 month old and my view point on food after surgery changed so much. For the most part I eat for fuel. I think I would have lead my son into my habits without the sleeve. Quality of life not quantity of food .
  11. Your children will benefit from watching you
  12. I don't think your the only one that feels this way. Many people try to be positive and lift you up because being negative will not change anything
  13. I think everyone will have an opinion and favorite protein powder. It was HARD for me to find one that matched everything I was looking for. I used unjury non flavored right after surgery to put on mushy foods to try to up my protein and it worked. But I found the Designer Whey protein worked for me but I was better would hood chocolate milk (low calarie) mixed with a touch of peanut butter to cut the foam effect from the blender. If you call certain companies they will usually send u a trial pack
  14. Yep... I lost weight and measurements in my fingers, toes, wrists, feet and toes. Had to buy new shoes because I lost assize or half a size
  15. Take it slow... 80% of your stomache is gone and its sutured together..... Drink slow and don't push. Follow dr orders to a T
  16. I can understand your frustration. Your doctor needs to know that you need "literal" instructions. Is my opinion
  17. I have this feeling from time to time but I think my body is wanting water. I don't get nearly enough
  18. I currently use sugar free creamer but its still 30 cal per teaspoon. I'm looking for something too
  19. Heck ... Wear a wig until the regrowth comes in... It's worth it. But losing the hair does suck
  20. 3 + years post op and my hair is finally back to normal but I started takin biotin 1 year out and through my pregnancy . It won't stop it from falling out but will help breakage and regrowth
  21. Besides the obvious .. I wanted to do something for ME... I was tired if feeling trapped and just "tired"
