I had a minibinge today myself... had a couple of good, clean ON PROGRAM days... then today....blecht:sneaky: I was up at 530 a.m. to drive to T0ront fo r my course in Advanced Laser Therapy... it was a GREAT day, learned TONs... but they had donuts at their break time .... I was only able to chug down 1/2 my shake this a.m. at 6... so my 10.30 I was HUNGRY, ate the damn donut.... thn lunch was not too bad. 1/2 tuna sandwich, 1/2 small bag of chips. Then driving home... the sugar cravings started... oh well," tomorrow's another day" as Scarlet OHara once said:mellow: DH is gone for the week on a business trip to Vancouver Island, he's stAYING an extra day to visit his long lost brother... who he hasn't seen in 35 yrs... I told you that story a couple months ago... Ah Karla, I feel for you... it is sad to lose someone thatmeant that much to you once. Don't worry about commiserating here with us... that's what support is all about... Janet: Candice I eat salads - never had a problem - Yes good food day.. Just let me know about Vegas (dates) I'll be there.. Glad Linda's doing ok - but oh so said about her baby - I bet she's torn up.. OMW we know not to get on your bad side with the secert weapon lol I was checking out Vegas flights and prices, also flights to LA... never been there. Would you really go to Vegas again? It was such a long drive for you.... I'd come alone this time I think, that way we could have more "tegether" time.... don't get me wrong I liked Debbie.... Hey guys, I just called Linda to see how she was doing... busy, busy with school and students... she is o.k. .... but had to put her doggie down yesterday..very sad but her "Pup" was 18 yrs old!!!

Yeah its THURSDAY, no more work this week... and it was payday too!! Ate shake for breaky, shake for lunch, dinner was rotiserie chicken on salad, yep I said SALAD... I havn't eaten salad and kept it down since before banding... whoo-hoo... then I ate 2 tblspns of Couscous/chick pea salad.... yummy! now drinking tea for the evening... feel pretty good today, but I got a little bitchy with the dumn dumn at work.... but that's o.k. she had it coming... and she is leaaving in 2 weeks!!!! Yeah, she' moving to the UAE... the other side of the freeking world....that's where you send people you don't like.... ah.... the SECRET at work. hee,hee,hee Janet; I'm getting FREE room deals from a couple of hotels in Vegas.... hummmm?????

Morning Glories! Well, I made it through last night with no NIGHT eating and no ACID REFLUX.... YEAH!!! :thumbup: scales were down a tad this a.m. broke the 179... whew!!! I am sorry to be so consumed by my eating, cal counting,wedding etc... when all you guys are strugling with BIG issues. Stephanie; That's great that Mich likes it where he is cause he NEEDS to be there, and perhaps he'll even do some listening... I know this may sound crass... but ENJOY the break... you have been living with so much stress for so long... some fun with your toddlers is in order... Jackie; Well, at least now all the cards are on the table and you know exactly what is going to happen... You are going to be able to Look after YOU and your family and start a new chapter in Happiness. Karla is right (as I have no experience) it will be hard for a while, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Phyl: enjoy your travels you're almost to the Desert - Hot Springs here we come!!!! I am back from Toronto, got a de-fill of .27 cc's so now I am at 7.0 cc's... I was getting acid reflux everynight, waking me up... PLUS I've been eating JUNK (dah, surprise) It was the only thing that was going down easily.... So its time for me to turn the page, and start another CHAPTER in my W/L Journey.... This a.m. I had 1/2 of a protien shake, couldn't get down the rest... so at work I ate 2 brownies that another co-worker so kindly made!!!! I called the clinic and made a defill appt for this aft. I was lucky and got in this aft.... On the way down I bought a pkg of skor candy and some M & M's.... my last junk food purchase!!!!!:thumbup: today's numbers, read CALORIES/CARBS/FAT/PROTEIN1,607/169/80/63 em and weep! ON the way home I stopped into my MOM's and had supper with her in the REZ... lucky for me they were having Prime Rib.... so I had a 3 oz pc. , 1/4 cup mashed tatoes, roll, butter and a 1/4 pc of cheesecake... tea... O.k. now I am having another cup of tea and I am done eating for the day... Tomorrow, I'll be completely accountable and make better choices.. wish me luck:tt1:

Called to get a Defill this a.m. haven't heard back from them yet... I am too tight, that is why all I am eating is JUNK. Time toget serious. 1st Patient for 9a.m. was a no show!! Now it looks like px #2 10:00 a.m. is late or going to be a no show too!!! I'll get to go home early thats for sure!... If I'm lucky I'll get my FILL appt this aft. in toronto. Keep your fingers crossed... I am tired of waking up with Reflux and PB'ing all th "GOOD" foods.. ' Hi Janet, oh the cake... that's not quilt blocks , they are supposed to be MEXICAN TILES... but the cake was a bit of a dissappointment... they were expecting something MORE colourful... Bride and Groom are both from Toronto. Bryan's lived here since he was 10 yrs old... His Mom left Saigon after the war and came to Canada as a refugee... she worked here and saved $$$ and 8 years later brought Bry and his Sister to Canada.. Gradually, she sponsored & brought every member of her family over here. Really a remarkable woman, very courageous We all had a wonderful time. I got Bryans Uncle Li up dancing around the Mexican Hat... the bride and groom came up with this idea for "KISSING" during the dinner. You know how everyone clinks glasses to get the B and G to kiss? Well, Meaghan and Bryan decided to make it a bit more difficult so they'd get a chance to eat their food!... Everytime someone wanted to see the couple KISS they had to get up, grab the casstonetes and dance around the Mexican Hat on the floor.. It was way too funny. and at "our" table there was Peter and I, David(step dad), Linh(Bryan's Mom), Uncle Li (Bryans Uncle), Aunt Mui and Cousin Korey... now 3 of these people speak NO english o.k. so I noticed that Bryans uncle kept raising his glass of wine and smiling, so I knew he was trying to get the head table to kiss... So I gestured to him to dance, he was quite shy... but I grabbed him and got him up dancing anyways.. Well, Bryan and Meaghan loved it... seeing his Uncle dancing was a real hoot... Bry's Mom is very nice and speaks a TINY bit of english , plus David and she were married for a long time, that's why he's Bry's step dad..

Hi Ladies; Went to town yesterday to do my MOM's nails for the wedding on Sunday. They look really nice and I'll think she'll have a good time. Met a GF for dinner and a movie last night.. Boston pizza and Michael Moores' new documentary CAPITALISM... A Love Story... very interesting.. and thought provoking. Came home and got into bed with my little doggies... oh they are so nice and snuggly when its cold...DH is away but slept really well !! Back on my nighttime meds, as the week off did NOT clear up my Rash so. I guess its NOT that last medication after all... Janet, Yeah, eating has not been the best... I am so tight... just like I was before the 7's came for the visit... happy stress I guess.., After the wedding if tummy hasn't settled down then I'm back to a slight defill... can't eat any good food... only junk goes down easily. Phyl; April huh, that's o.k. cause it'll be late spring before we head out from here anyways. Say hello to Tracey for us. She really was a sweetie, I really enjoyed meeting her. Back from the Vet... they took a biopsy of Twigs LUMP.. so I'll have the results in afew days... His heart medication cost me $200 but its for 2 months... oh well having geriatric pets is expensive but HE"S so worth it.. I love that damn dog so much.. took him for two runs yesterday... One was down to the beach, and there was no one there but seagulls so I let him off leash... oh boy, he took off like a rapist from Prison.... I looked like a fool chasing after him... the more I ran th faster he took off in the opposit direction. THen he got a beed on a seagull and started chasing it... dah! the bird can fly dummy.... so he chased it all th way into the bay... oh that water must have been C O L D.... he finally got tuckered out and slowed down enought to "SIT" when I commanded him ( oh yeah but we won;t cound HOW many times I yelled SIT) clipped his colar back on and we walked back to the car... Oh did I mention that this is the dog with TWO heart medications???? Guess their working well :frown:
