Karla; thanks for the Kudos on ysterday... Yup its ONE DAY AT A TIME... especially for me right now.... I have to remember to LIVE in the MOMENT and NOT look for issues to worry about.... that is disaster for me... So today, I`ve had cereal/milk and a coffee/ milk.. Home from the Kiddies Bday party. It was pretty fun today. The kids were 8 yrs old so it was easier to reign them in when they got rowdy. 11 Little girls and 1 boy... GOSH he was cute!!! I didn't eat any of the junk!!! YEAH me! My GF Jayne'ie was licking her icing fingers, and nibbling on the pizza but I had "1" strawberry dipped in icing.. that's it!! I was so proud of myself.. WHen I came home I was tired so I lay down for a bit and put on my Hypnotherapy tape(for not eating crap) and I feel good. Made some lunch for myself. BUsh's ranchero beans, cut up a chicken weiner in it..heated it on the stove and ooops sticking... its a little spicier than my BAND would like... so I may end up having a protien shake.

Karla, you hit one of the nails on the head... I don't know for sure How I feel about going back to the clinic. On one hand there will be a new boss, there will be new staff to get to know (a Possitive) but there is one gal from the Old clinic who is coming to the new... and I am having some anxiety about HER... She is load, a but-in-ski and I am just worried she'll start in as per usual... but I am not giving credit to the new boss. She might just CLAMP down on negative behaviour right from the beginning and then things will be fine..

Oh don`t worry about them.... they just don`t know you like we do here on the 7`s thread... Hope you had fun at the concert!!!:w00t:

PHyl, I dont know hwat to say about your neices... that is just horrible... I do hope that they both recover quiklly and it was just some WEIRDO flu. Broken nose and teeth, ah she`ll be upset ab out that.< Earl, whats up with him... Male PMS that`s what I`d chalk it up to... plus the STOCK market`s been wildly fluctuating this week becauase of GREECE... Its probably got his knickers in a twist worrying about investments. We;ve had a few nibbles on our van.. several phone enquiries and a lot of drive=bys, looky-loos... so keep your fingers crossed I can buy a BIGGER one soon. I vote YES on a doggie for the two of you... You`d love it, and having a dog FORCES you to walk it everyday... so it good exercise. Well this has started out to be an interesting day. I had a `job` interview at the NEW Chiropractic clininc. Which was totally weird cause I AM applying for my OLD job back, minus 2 days per week. I`ll do the Accounts receivable, WSIB, Webpage and Laser therapy. Like I did before... only at this clinic I`ll have a new boss. Dr. Sara... so I had to go jump thru hoops for her. Actually, I wans`t looking forward to the experience at all... but I had nothing to lose... SHe was REALLY nice, liked me and asked if «i`d be interested in going to the staff meeting on THURS night this week... I said sure... so I`m pretty sure that means I got the job... I asked for my raise, got it, asked for my 4-6 wks vacation per year, got it. and got my 2 days per week schedule... so :tt2: I guess I;m working again. SHe said she`d talk to me next week to discuss start date... cool - I also told her of my trip to Seattle in July, no problemo....<< And best of all... the PIT BULL is not being interveiwed for a job at the NEW clinic.... YEAH!!!:scared2: :cheers2: :party: :w00t:

gOOD Grief Phyl... I am glad you are getting PT as well as your exercise plan.. that is SMART....HUGS on the pain.. the TENS unit will give you some releif ,.. and you can also buy a HOME unit to do tens therapy too...
