Thanks everyone, I started walking today at 3:30am for like 20min and sipping water at the same time and let me tell you I started passing gas like a deflated balloon, I feel so much better, it was a biggg relief :-)

Today I'm 4 days and like my nut told me your goal is 64oz so I'm trying my best to reach that goal I'm bearly getting 36-42oz I don't want to expand or mess up my sleeve

I'm worried because I feel very uncomfortable, I feel the rumbling but nothing.

I had my sleeve 3 days ago and today I started feeling movement in my stomach like gas and bubbling after eating a sf Jello and drinking Water
