  2. My gyn said it could be really concentrated and causing to odor.
  3. Has anyone experienced an odd smell in their urine? I've noticed for 2 weeks mine smells like ointment.
  4. Thanks, my md has seen my incision several times. He says it's healing nicely
  5.    jbrown reacted to a post in a topic: 2 months today
  6. I feel like I'm able to eat more now than before. I'm not sure why. Sometimes I can eat a meal and other times I'm full after a few bites. I really don't wanna start getting too many calories in. I think I'll start journaling how much I eat to make sure.
  7. I'm now 2 months out and I've lost 32 lbs. I guess that's good. I think I expected to lose a lot faster but I haven't really exercised much only walking/jogging 3 times a week. My incision is still open and leaking so I don't do heavy things. My fiancé is bringing my treadmill up from the basement so I can walk more often. We'll see how things go then. I really wish my incision would close. but other than that surgery was really easy
  8. I feel the same way. I'm able to eat more and craving sweets again. Not happy about it but I can resist.
  9. I was cleared 1 week after surgery but my incision was open so I only walked for the first month. I'm 2 months out and my incision is still healing so I only do mild exercise.
  10. Preop 308 Sw 295 Cw 278 Everything is going well I can't wait til my incision closes up so I can exercise to help with weight loss. My clothes are getting a little big I definitely don't want to walk around in baggy clothes too long.
  11. So how much weight are you supposed to lose the first month? I hear people are losing up to 30 lbs in the first month. I've only lost 12lbs so far and I don't know how to feel about that.
  12. Ok I feel much better now. Thanks. All together I've lost 23 lbs for post op until now. Today marks 1 month out. I did gain weight while in the hospital so I guess I'm doing good. I just see people who've lost 50 lbs the first 2 months and thought I was doing something wrong.
  13. So I wasn't nervous before but I am now. I have only lost 6 lbs since surgery a month ago. Is that normal or am I missing something?
  14. How long did you guys wait to exercise? I'm almost 5 weeks out and my Doc cleared me to exercise at 2 weeks out but my incision is an open hole and leaking constantly so I'm nervous to workout and make it worse. I'm trying to let it heal but I want to work out to help weight loss. I've only lost 11lbs since surgery on August 19.
  15.    Dee White reacted to a post in a topic: I got to stop getting On the scale everyday
  16. I was sleeved aug 19 and only lost 12lbs but 22lbs since preop. I'm not worried yet I know it will come.
