Please call your dr. I was told if a funny smell or dark colored was a problem. Just mention it

Could it be the vitamins you are taking?

My gyn said it could be really concentrated and causing to odor.

Could be vitamins causing that, I started taking a B complex and my urine suddenly became neon yellow. Also if you aren't drinking enough water it could have a big effect.

I was sleeved on September 24th, and I have noticed my urine was dark and had an odor to it, but though it to be typical of the recovery process.

At 3 weeks post op, I saw my primary care doctor. At that visit he collected a blood sample to run a lab work up. Yesterday, two weeks later and at 5 weeks post op, my doctor told me that my fluids were low and my kidneys were functioning at less than 50%. He is now stressing me to prioritize the 64 oz of Water intake over the 60 grams of Protein, daily. Needless to say he is threatening me with a shunt implant and daily IV's to bring my Fluid levels up.
