  1. Gamergirl, you're amazing. These look delicious.
  2. What have you tried so far and what does your stomach like best. I am 4 weeks out and eating soft foods but I kind of want some chicken.
  3. For some reason going into week 4 I am beginning to realize that this is where the rubber truly meets the road for me. I have got to find a new food identity right now. I start work again tomorrow after being off for a month. Real life is starting again soon and I better figure it out.
  4. Immensely different from week to week.
  5. I am struggling with this right now, hard core.
  6. Its truth. I always tell people to really think about if they want this because let me tell you... a small part of me feels like I've made a huge mistake. Pre Ops don't quite understand the psychological impact of this dramatic change. It messes with your head and while you start to shrink it will pull out the worst in you eventually (hopefully) getting to the best of you. I refuse to sugar coat this because I think about it every.single.day.
  7. I wouldn't know, restaurants are somewhat banned in my household right now.
  8. I've always had pretty bad heartburn. After the sleeve, it got worse.
  9. 11 weeks should be perfect actually. Don't stress it.
  10. Drink more fluids?
  11. Not at all. And who says you cannot have sugar again? Moderation.
  12. Amazing!! Keep up the good work!
  13. I've been practicing my twerk for such an occasion!
  14. Right on. I totally agree.
  15. I just KNEW you we're gonna pop up and start waving this flag. Yeah, these are two totally different scenarios. Her blanket frustration above is very common, a lot of people think it but not many actually say something about it. But rather than just wait for someone to post and start ranting she didn't single anyone out as this is a general frustration. You were begrudging someone for posting a picture of a food that you wouldn't necessarily eat in your day to day... so you hung her out to dry for it, in her own thread when she was clearly just looking for some guidance. You did it without tact or consideration for any of her circumstances. Your "tough love" made you look like a jerk and it served only you. So yeah, apples and oranges. P.S. You can reply to this (as I'm sure you will), I won't be responding and doing the back and forth with you again. Just making my intentions clear.
  16. Maybe try looking into some Amazon reviews if the response here isnt broad enough? http://www.amazon.com/SAN-Rawfusion-Vanilla-Bean-Pound/dp/B009B7U7FQ/ref=sr_1_1/176-0328993-2266647?ie=UTF8&qid=1381159887&sr=8-1&keywords=raw+fusion+protein+powder
  17. Someone had to say it. You're right, it's quite annoying sometimes.
  18. I really think people blow the whole Protein thing out of proportion. Honestly, I've been averaging about 50 a day and I'm fine. Sometimes more and sometimes less... Concentrate more on hydration now. It's far more important. IMO
  19. I still have a lot of gas in my belly at almost 4 weeks out. It's not as bad as it was at first but I do often wonder how all of that air is getting down there.
