How about some NSVs!?!?
Being able to cross your legs and being look upon by others in envy when you enter a room instead of smirks . Looking good in your clothes by wearing single digits instead of plus size. And of course being healthy .

Newbie here ????????
HI first of all congrats on your choice in being healthy, I would like to suggest being honest, you have already faced being honest with yourself that you need help with losing weight. Trust me you are going to learn alot more about yourself going through this process, I know that I did. I have learned to love me for me and to be honest that I allow convience and stress lead to my bad choices. Use this time wisely and learn everything you can, if your program offers support groups attend them you will learn alot from like minded people who are going through this procedure and who has completed it. Please keep us posted on your progress we are here for you.

If you weren't obese "all" of your life, what is it that caused you to become obese ?
Hi I gained weight through stress through my old job, not exercising enough and constantly eating out because of convince I was working 16 hour shifts 3 days a week then 8 the remains two days .Before I know it I had diabetics and look at a family picture that my family member took and didn't even recognize myself. I could not believe the person in the picture was me, I decided then to have surgury and to loose weight, now my family is proud of me and I'm proud of me, I exercise 5 days a week because I release stress that way instead of food. I look at current pictures verse old pictures and can't believe what I see . It's like the old men is inside of a new body but I'm loving to. Love me and life again .

Motivation Clothes
I agree with the above statements buy a item that's only 1-2 sizes down , I made the mistake of being a size 16 pair of pants when I was wearing 32 lol but now I'm down after 6 months and can wear smaller sizes down from 3x shirts to large yogu pants a size large and loving life, I haven't tried the size 16 pants on yet because I am so excited I can wear form fitting clothes and look great and received so many compliments. I hit the gym 5 times a week and that's my new high and stress reliever that replaced my old love for food, and I have met so many new friends . Congrats on your choice to be healthy keep us posted on your progress .

6 months out... What's your progress?
Hi I'm 6 months post opt and down 86 pounds I just came out of another stall but I'm healthy and focus, I'm off all diabetes medication, high blood pressure, as well as high chloysterial . I can now wear a size large shirt from a 3 x and large yogu pants . Work out 5 days a week and can't believe the confidence I have and so many compliments I received. Negative speaking people who I thought were my friends were not they are intimidated by my weight lost because I'm getting so much attention , but positive speaking I have met new like minded healthy people at my gym and I'm feeling great and staying positive. I still hate the stalls but that is to be expected I'm learning how to be me and love me , and focus on me being healthy .
