One of my quick and easy breakfasts is Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage (just heat in the microwave) and some string cheese. No eggs and no yogurt! Almost all Protein and very little carbs.
A slice of pizza every now and then is NOT the end of the world. I hate a slice every Sunday night - it's a family tradition in my clan & wasn't something I'm willing to give up. It's usually thin crust and loaded with Protein.< /p>

I am 2 + years out... and after finding that I don't eat and began to look sick I realized I have to eat MORE!! So yes I am never really hungry and if I am.. ONE BITE of anything works! and it goes away. I have had to "make meals" to eat so I don't keep losing. So I think for some people it goes away!

I'm 11 days post sleeve and haven't been hungry once! I'm hoping this never goes away!! Now, I can't say the pizza and fast food commercials don't still grab me a little bit... But, nothing like before!

This is true. I am never hungry, not even in the morning when I wake up after not eating for several hours. I have an eating schedule that I follow during the day so that I can get in my Protein.
I have seen that many people on this forum say that they are hungry though, so I don't think that everyone who has been sleeved is never hungry, but I don't know why one person is and one person is not.

I can honestly say any hunger I have is "head hunger".

Head hunger and psycho cravings start to subside. I am not hungry very often.

I didn't have a hard time in the mornings but my NUT told me that could happen. She said that other patients reported that their sleeve almost felt tight in the mornings.
As for the intake, you are still early out so give it more time and it will get easier It's like a full time job in the beginning. I'm 3 months out and I can get in 70-100 g of Protein a day now.

I'm 3 yrs out and it stil tastes yucky to me. I think my tastebuds got changed and don't stimulate my brain. I don't know. I was 295lbs with diabetes and high blood pressure so VSG fixed that. Yay!! But my taste buds are all different. Anyone else out there? I don't enjoy food. Can your brain disconnect the joy part?
