  1. Not eating anything salty...
  2. Not only have I been stalled over a week I have gained five pounds!!!!
  3. This happens to me all the time. Don't know why..z
  4. I have her my email and she emailed the info to me with no problem ????
  5. My pain lasted the whole first week after surgery. Literally on the eighth day I woke up and the pain had been cut in half I swear! I am three weeks out and am just now able to sleep comfortably.
  6. Sometimes- after I eat- I feel like there is a bubble in my throat and I need to burp. However, if I make myself burp I will throw up. It has to happen on its own. If you will MAKE yourself drink every few minutes now, it will become a habit and won't be so hard to later. That has been my experience.....
  7. Sometimes I feel like I need to burp but can't. I think if I do I will vomit. Hiccups also hurt- I am three weeks post op tomorrow!
  8. I feel like for the amount of water I am taking in I should be peeing a lot more. Thoughts anyone??
  9. I was able to stop BP meds the second week after surgery... It will happen!!!
  10. No binder for me either. We waited for two weeks just because I was so sore......
  11. It is totally normal and will get better. Make sure your liquids are room temp and you take smaller sips than you think you need to.
  12. I haven't seen my surgeon since my surgery- still one more week to go before I do. I have already started soft foods though.....
  13. Agreed- they were like cough syrup...????
  14. You can have Popsicles once the cold doesn't bother you. The other stuff will have to wait for the soft/purée stage.....
  15. LOVE my SF Popsicles! I also like tuna salad with Tuna, boiled eggs, dill relish and mayo!!!
  16. Agree, agree, agree!!!!! I'm still not sound that great. The Calcium and b12 are ok - it's the multi that is killing me. I gave tried chewable and liquid and neither would stay down!
