  1. You are doing fantastic! Glad it's going so well for you
  2. My one year is approaching (8/31/14) and very happy to say I'm sitting at 177 lbs today. Going back to Mexico to have Brachioplasty and wanting to get my blood work done at the same time. What tests should I ask for while I'm there?
  3. Hey you losers Am I calculating correctly here on % lost? I started out at 326lbs at start of preop diet, surgery weight was 301 lbs, todays weight is 181lbs. So i took 301 - 181= 120lbs or should I have taken 326-181=145lbs? Regardless.....so i figure I've lost 75% of excess weight since day of surgery and 78% since start of preop diet. To get to "normal" weight I'm using 140lbs but don't anticipate seeing that number.
  4. Not for one second! would do it again anyday and only wish I had sooner
  5. The sleeve really works! I'm currently sitting at 181 right now. Can't seem to get to 170's go from 181-184 on any given day. Eating around 800-1000 cals, 60-80 Proteins and try really hard to keep carbs around 30. popcorn is my weakness.......loving turkey perky Jerky, Quest bars (choc chip cookie dough, cashew chew, white choc raspberry), lots of chicken, boars head deli meat, baby bel cheese, carb master yogurts (Kroger), shakes for Breakfast and at lease 64 oz of Water. LOVE LOVE LOVE my sleeve! Ready to move to plastic surgery for my arms One year will be 8/31/14!
