5 weeks I'm off for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Can't wait and will post lots of pics throughout the process! Scared, excited and ready to get my body back I'm 165 lbs and just wonder what I'll end up after all this skin is gone.

My biggest struggle was constipation. Other than that it was really smooth sailing. I had brachioplasty 6 weeks ago in Mexico because my arms were HUGE. That was a breeze as well. I hope to get TT and boob for Christmas. My thighs are a hot mess but as long as I don't wear short shorts I'm okay.

So now I'm looking to get a TT and breast lift/implants for Christmas. I really hope I can come up with the money by then. My arms are doing FANTASTIC! 156lbs gone! Started out 326 lbs and sitting at 170 today. So ready to see what the 160's feel like~ If you are on the fence and wondering if the sleeve works........YES it does I was sleeved 8/31/13 in Mexico by Dr. Illan, Baja Bariatrics in Tijuana. Would do it over and over again! LOVE my sleeve and my new life. Protein, protein, protein and Water,water,water Wearing mostly 12's and medium tops but I did fit in a size 8 pants! They may have had a little more stretch BUT they were still an 8! LOL whatever works baby.................HAPPY SLEEVING

Not sure if you're looking to go out of the country but what I did was first went to a Plastic surgeon in my city for a $40.00 consultation and quote to see if I needed to lose more weight first and if I was a good candidate for the surgery. They printed out the quote (OUCH!) and instructions on what to expect. This made me feel more comfortable about doing the surgery and then we have a FB group that the patients have started online that have had surgery with Dr. Cervantes.

I had my sleeve done in Mexico so I reached to plastic surgeon My VSG Surgeon recommended. My insurance won't cover plastics so it's out of pocket. I went to ps In my area for quote and to see if ready and they confirmed I was ready and another 25lb loss wouldn't matter. So my quote was $8900.00 in US. So far it's been an easy mostly pain free surgery . I love my arms now!!!

About 2 1/2 hrs and recovery has been great. I'm on pain meds for 7 days. Taking tramadol & adopren. Nothing that is making me drowsy. And yes he is very cute and very caring so happy I took this leap of faith!

Dr. Illan just wheeled in from recovery" /> Hubby had VSG surgery with Dr. Illan on 9/2/14 in Mexico while I had the arm lift on 9/1/14. Both of us are doing amazing.

I did it! had my surgery on 9/1/14 in Mexico with Dr. Juan Pablo Cervantes in Tijuana. So far everything has been amazing. No real pain at all. I had it much worse plated out in my head. I stayed from Sunday (night before) and left Friday morning. Drains were removed Thursday and stitches will dissolve anywhere from 120/150 days. I'm to take weekly pics to send to him to review and he is available to me anytime I have a question or concern. Amazing difference!

Was sleeved 8/31/13 by dr. Illan and have lost 150 lbs!!!!! Can this really be true.....love everything about my journey. In Tijuana now and had arm lift and hubby was sleeved by Dr. Illan 9/2/14 . Great care wonderful outcome thus far!
