  1. It's not the easy way out no one but fellow VSGer know that. No one else understands the physical and mental changes we have to go through. Those diets don't work for everyone. You'll always have a supportive family here.

  11. Has there been anyone who's had this occur after surgery? Sometimes I can't sleep because I cannot get my legs comfortable enough to be still. I didn't have any problems with this before surgery.

  15. thats good to hear but as for myself I was lost another 10 pounds, plus the 10 pounds I lost during the pre-op diet total of 20 pounds so far I really didn't gain any weight during my hospital stay. Yea it's been a great past 2 days and today yea a little pain here too. But I'm hoping it will subside soon I was finally able to sleep on my left side last night so I got a wayyyy better sleep compared to the last couple of nights. Sent from my iPad using VST

  20. I was sleeved 6/12 and I'm still in pain doesn't help that I'm sleeping on my back sitting up. When were y'all able to sleep on your side? At least the opposite side?
