3 Month Mark

I finally hit my three month mark. Started at 294 and now I'm down to 229! So happy but I got a long ways to go.

    Great job! Was that whole loss post-op? That is a huge loss in such a short time. Any advice to share?

    Weight loss has been all post op. I wasn't able to do the liquid diet beforehand since I was an emergency Lapland to sleeve revision. I workout a lot. Three days of the week i do weights and 6 days I do cardio. I eat anything I want for the most part except carbs and try my best to stay away from sugar.
