Shakes

Im on 2 weeks pre-op shakes and being sleeved this Friday any ideas how to change up the Protein shakes I can't stand the thought of 2 more weeks post-op of the same old thing:(

There are tons of options in terms of sugar-free syrups. Walmart usually carry these around the coffee and tea. I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard of people mixing small amounts of SF pudding mix in there. Of course once your doctor approves coffee you can get creative with mochas and fraps based on protein shakes.
