  7. Mine dr said 4 weeks! And I specifically asked about workout classes/dance and ab workouts and he said it was fine but if I notice discomfort to stop and don't push it. I have been doing abs since 4 weeks and haven't had any problem (I'm only on week 6)!

I like the icy orange (kind of taste like a dream bar Popsicle to me) and the coconut (piña colada)! I take these on the beach with me. It's perfect because 40g of Protein and not milk based so they can be out in the hot sun! Hope that helps! If the website doesn't work let me know I can repost it!

  11. That's so awesome!! Keep up the hard work, it definitely shows!
  12. I know someone that had this done on the Army base in Hawaii. The doctor goes in through your belly button and write at your bra line. Two incisions total... And extremely small!
  13. Philly, My doctor gave me something for nausea, not ljke a full month prescription for it but like 15 pills... Kind of just in case! I would talk to your doc about prescribing you something for your nausea. What are you doing on your liquids if you aren't doing protein? Good luck!
  14. Hey y'all! I also had my surgery the 18th! I have been getting the protein in and walking a bunch! It's the water that's hard for me! I definitely am trying but it seems like soooo much!! I'm feeling like me except for the naps.. I NEVER nap I fall asleep randomly throughout the day! I'm a teacher so this is my summer and I can nap whenever but I'm typically extremely wired/ADHD! I have one incision that still hurts other than that my pain level isn't that high! Good luck!!

  23. So they gave me Isopure it was this grape drink with 40 grams of protein! That worked sooooo much better for me! I had a nose bleed late last night and had to cough up blood! Coughing HURTS but so does laughing and I did that quite a bit too! I got released today.. Free at last, free at last! I feel like I can move without an IV in! I'm really happy with getting this! And although day 2 was hard, I'm having a great day 3! Good luck to y'all!! Just think this time next summer a possible bikini or at least tankini!
  24. I got sleeved Tuesday morning! It went smooth. I was scared mostly about the IV. I was so scared I was shaking and the anesthesiologist tried to put it in my wrist and it busted my vein.. Blood everywhere! Eek! Then she put a new one in my arm which worked fine! I couldn't pee to save my life.. I finally did after I had my IV etc in. Surgery went smooth and day 1 in the hospital was a breeze! Day 2 I had a little more pain. My IV leaked and my arm/hand got really swollen/ filled with fluid. The chocolate 'oh yeah' little shots weren't going down great (I had like heartburn from all my swelling)

  26. I have done the 30 day squat challenge before!! It definitely works, it firms thighs and lifts your butt! I haven't had my surgery yet but I plan on doing another round of it!
  27. I feel like a bunch on Doctors give a different length of time before drinking again! I have seen a variety of posts on this subject anywhere for 1 month to 6 months... So what is it, just wondering for future...Summer/ Happy hour/football season...
  28. I go from excited to nervous, excited to nervous! Good luck with your surgery!
