OMG!!!! I love them too. My co-worker knows and got me a little bag the other day. I ate half one day and half the next day, I usually crave chocolate once a month I am sure with moderation I am ok.

I know the feeling, I realized it when I went shopping for clothes and I was able to wear size 6 and I said to my husband do you believe it and He said to be I can see it.

I drove 4 hours...but the day I was released I stayed at a hotel by the beach until I saw the Dr. again 3 days later...when I drove back home his recommendation was to stop often and walk. Everything went well. Good luck on your new journey, you are going to love it.

Yesterday I read that the worse for people to say I fell of a diet or a program....their friends. Really???? Just because we are making them jealous they will try to sabotage us. Too bad. We are working hard and we are here for a good reason.

My surgery was July 16 2013, almost 6 months ago... The day of surgery I was 206 pounds and size 14. I know doesn't sound big but the looks don't lie. Today I am size 6, I weight 159 pounds, total of 47 pounds gone gone gone, I been lucky or I should say I been bless because not issues at all. I had couple stalls, I knew this could happen so I just kept my chin up and continue with the program. This been a great choice...the best choice, nice to have this tool... I am so happy with myself...counting my blessings everyday.

My nut told me was ok to drink some but needs to be flat.

I stall for 6 weeks, and finally last week I went down 4 pounds....Happy dance!!! Something else my hair loss slow down a bunchhhhh. I went last week for my 5 to 6 months follow up and my Dr is very proud 22 weeks out and 46 pounds gone, I am very happy. Merry Christmas to all and a wonderful New Year.

My surgeon is bold and he said to me...yessss you are going to loose hair but don't worry you are not going to look like me at all.

I started loosing my hair around 11 weeks, now I am at 17 weeks out and ohh boy thank God I used to have a lot of hair because right now its really thin. Been taking Biotin for 3 weeks and I really don't see a difference. But doesn't matter I feel great. Let's hang in there!!!

I am happy because I am loosing inches, from size 14 I am down to 6-8 I have a problem with myself because I always look at the numbers, I been trying to change this but its hard for me. We all have our issues... but on the end I feel great and I know I look better too. Hopefully soon the weight start dropping again, no rust, took all my life to get heavy and I know is going to take time to get where I want to be.

I weight my food, and count calories, I drink 64 oz of Water a day and I am going to the gym 3 times a week, inches are dropping like crazy but loosing the weight stop. I know soon will start dropping again....

OMG!!! I feel the same way, I stop loosing 3 weeks ago, so far 42 gone but I need 30 more. I know is normal but sometimes I can't help the feeling...

Good Morning, 12 weeks post op for me, I am at 168 lbs, 38 pounds gone... feeling great, I been going to the gym 3 times a week, i had few stalls , I started loosing some hair last week but I know this is only temporarily, no regrets. Have a great day.
