    suffering tremendously..

    It is gas pain. Pain meds increase the chance of slowing digestion causing other problems. Heating pad, salon pas patch, try percussion. Have someone give u cupped pats on that area. That will help body breakdown and release trapped gas in shoulder & back area. Good luck!!

    Congrats!!!! Go very, very slow on the liquids. You may want to take more. It is different for everyone. Your body will tell what it can take. Trust me avoid the pain. Key word....."SLOW"

    feb 2013 sleevers weigh in

    S/P 2/13/13 Pre surgery 256# Surgery date 239# Hot 5`4" Current weight 186 I am so excited,life is great. Only downside, my beautiful hair is leaving me. I have learned to cook more and share with friends and coworkers. Who ever said we took the easy way out ,should be given a two week vs trial. All of you are so inspiring.......
  5. I am 4 1/2 mos post sleeve. I just had a graduation lunch with my nephew and had to run hm. Will this "Dumping" ever end or slow down? I have no life, thank god my office has a private ladies room. I am on probiotics. I follow the rules MD and Nutr asked. I am sad and exhausted. I Any ideas?
  6. I stalled for almost 2wks. I focused on fluids one day, ate more protein second day and walked. I also had small amnt of carb. I went dwn 4#. Today anthr 1/2#. Everyone is diff. U have to find what ur body needs.

    Ibuprofin?

    I was off Celebrex for a month post op. Now I take it daily. It was ok'd by surgeon and rheumotologist.
