I've been experimenting before my surgery on food... For the purée portion- I just took two chicken breast boiled Vitamin Water added some seasoning, Put it in my ninja and . Then added honey mustard sauce and puréed it some more and it is delicious... I'm sure you can try it with Any seasoning or Condiments. Now Hope in a few weeks I can actually stomach it

I am so amped n ready for the 5th to be here!!! I been so excited I can hardly sleep lolz! Its been a long time coming..n I can't believe its just a few days away.I feel as if im dreaming...Congradulations to all u beautiful n wonderful ppl on ur journey..may u be blessed n supported all the way thru....an may all ur dreams come true..Happy b-day to all the june babies!! What a amazing bday gift for yourself.i knw u all must be so excited!!!!

Well....just got cardiac clearance....IT'S OFFICAL...5 more days! I'm SO excited!! Sorry just had to get it out-cause my family and friends have no idea I'm doing this!

I will be having my sleeve at Jackson South as well with Romero... My test came back and my doctor finally gave me clearance. THANK GOD!! Just waiting on the endoscopy and insurance approval now. Hands folded in prayer for a late May or early June date pending approval.

Good to hear! I have my tests on the 4th then sleeve et al on the 5th.

So excited for us all! I am June 5th! It is so hard waiting, I find myself overthinking!

Well, hey there! I am penciled in for June 1 pending I get all my tests in and such. I'm not worried. I wish I could go tomorrow because I am sooooo ready for this.

Thank you for posting that about 8 hours of sleep. I would have never thought about that. I will try and remember to do that.

Shannontfrancis- just had them both done yesterday as long as ur insurance company approves it....I had the chemical endured stress test - easy breezy!
Fiore13 -I wish they'd push mine up I'm doing chest X-ray and EKG tomorrow my upper GI next Thursday then no more tests.

This is normal. The only thing that sucks with the hernia repair is increased tightness and gas.
Just be ready for insane gas and anything u swallow including pain meds add more gas.

Masko, thanks I love him too. Just got date for July 8. Meeting with bariatric team on the 23rd then endo scheduled for June 4. Hopefully surgery date will pushed up since he is so busy he is thinking of adding another surgery day to his work week.

I'm in Miami too, going through the preop stuff with Moises Jacobs, MD. Insurance is covering it, woohoo!

I just tried LEAN BODY ON THE GO- chocolate ice cream---- OMG it's Super Yummy!
