  1. Kimmom, I'm up too. I was banded on Wednesday and feel crappy. I have a very heavy feeling in my chest that won't go away and is making it hard to breathe. I'm not taking in more than 8oz of shake or Soup a day and some Water. We need to learn to slow down. My doctor said not to worry if you don't get in the Protein for the first two weeks at all, so I'm not trying. Take it easy and slow down. Remember, don't think that you need anything unless you are hungry. Don't wait to be full. Good luck.
  2. I wish you the best of luck with your recovery. I was banded on Wednesday and today, Sunday is still a bit rough. I know tomorrow will be better. If you don't want to tell anyone about your surgery, definately go with hernia repair. The gall-bladder that I had out six weeks ago was much easier. Best of luck to all.
