AS of today I am off all of my diabetes and Blood Pressure meds! WOOOOHOOOO... almost more exciting than the weight loss... i did this for health...and its working!

I don't know about you all... but I never imagined a time in my life that I would have felt guilty over 2 tablespoons of anything and 1 chicken finger. Isn't it funny how our perspective changes! Look life happens and we adapt and overcome. I chose this surgery because I wanted to be able to make my own choices still...and we will all have times when don't make the best choice...but we get to move on and do better next time.. I had them remove the guilt when they removed my stomach... stay on the path we will be great!!!!

So Awesome!! Sometime I see people post and they started at 220 and thats my goal weight... and I get so discouraged.. but now that I have reached my first goal I know I can do anything!! WOOOHOOO FOR US!!!!

I'm confused... the first five weeks were pretty standard! No issues at all... I was introducing new foods slowly, some more succesful than others. AND NOW, EVERYTHING makes me SICK!! what the heck? I don't think its a stricture because its not coming back up... it just makes me feel terrible for about an hour! Any advice?
