All of this actually makes me not want to eat. Which is probably just as bad if not worse. Missed my protein and water goals yesterday. Part of me just wants to shut down for a week or four years or whatever.

I don't think it's a knowledge issue - these people have to know they shouldn't be drinking wine at 5 days out or chicken wings at 6 days out - they just don't care - it's ignorance and "I want what I want... mentality". It pisses me off when they're cheered on by others - new and old.

Oh my that is something that should count as exercise!! When I was younger I got in more trouble with my parents for rolling my eyes!! You would not believe how many times I got a smack.

It is so sad!! Why do peeps think they need to confess per to say about cheating. I actually STOPPED going to my support group because that was their focus!! Well, I can eat this or that and drink while I am eating and I also drink carbonation all of the time. I feel like it is everyones personal choice to eat or drink whatever they want to but I fight enough of my own demons about food, I really don't need to be told about everyone else eating stuff!! That is just me.

Confession, like prayer... doesn't accomplish shit but it makes the "transgressor" feel better. Hence, both are for the weak.

I don't get it either. Why would anyone risk a complication?

Headache from hell, 3 days stress. Live on the river in Jax FL which comes in from the Atlantic Ocean. Stayed home to oversee two elderly neighbors. We are all safe and love them dearly!!! Never again, I am too old for this!

Here in Charlotte, NC, it has rained for a straight 32 hours. Lots of wind all day. Lots of flooding and uprooted trees across the city, but all is well in my neck of the woods. Supposed to be sunny tomorrow!
