  1. I tried them but like so many other gimmicks, they arent worth the money.
  2. I bet its the protein shake that made it do that and not the greek yogurt. I cant tolerate lactose, even more-so since surgery
  3. main thing ... do not weigh everyday and do not weight more than once a day. Especially in the evenings after you've had your belly full of food.
  4. I know when I meet my protein goal, my weight comes off really slow or not at all.

  6. I know what the general purpose is of this app but I am curious as to why you use it? What is your main goal? What is the main thing you want out of it? Do you try to stay at a particular calorie range? Please explain your view

  8. Been on a few cruises but not since surgery. You will have a blast and if people ask why you dont eat much ... just say motion sickness lol I wouldnt miss a cruise for anything Good luck

  13. How you durin seriously .. my 2 kids were csection babies, so I didnt stretch mine out by squeezing watermellons through a keyhole. Its stayed nice and got better after surgery lol

  15. baha .. yea I hope it goes away soon. I asked on a fb page and have been told on there that its hard to get rid of and that it also depends on your body type. good luck with your surgery!!
  16. I am 5 weeks out and have lost 31 lbs. Its around where my bra strap is on my sides/back and when I put a regular bra on, the strap disappears lol

  18. Its all what you make of it. If you want to succeed, you will find a way. I, too, was sleeved on May 6 and am feeling great. Back to wearing clothes I couldnt before, going out, coaching ball, dancing .. back to normal. Get negative thoughts out of your head, think positive and you will be fine. Just think of the long run, you will be skiny and healthy! Good luck to you and this too shall pass

  21. ohhh yeah, I havent even thought about wearing jeans yet. Those Adidas soccer shorts have been my friend. Incisions will start to itch and its irritating. If Im not wearing jeans by the time I start riding, Ill be the one in pajama pants and boots :ph34r:
  22. go to Target and get a good sports bra. They are all I wear until I lose all this back fat haha
