Not losing...

I'm 7 weeks out and haven't lost anything in the past 4...help!

I hope so...It's frustrating tho. I'm thinking I'm doing everything I'm supposed to but...Nothing!

Don't sweat it. I lost 45 lbs first 2 weeks ,,,, then the stall hit. I gained 1 lb in two weeks. This week it finally broke and I've lost 6 lbs in 3 days. I was starting to panic too, just give it time and you will start losing.

Oh wow that would be incredibly frustrating!! Just wait ... when the weight loss waterworks turn on there will be no stopping it!
