Good morning ladies-congrats to everyone that works that made it til today....FRIDAY! I haven't been able to eat anything without PBing it. It started out because of allergies & mucus and now I think PBing so much has made my band swell. I say I am going to do liquids & mushies and then I don't, PB again and have to start all over. You would think weight would be falling off but I know how to sabatoge that too...its called ice cream. I'll never learn. SO, the vow for today & tomorrow is liquids & mushies (that are healthy). Hi everyone- Laura-her trip wasn't bad at the dentist because she was doped up! lol I love my new dentist office...great staff and gave me nitris-oxide to calm my nerves! woohoo...my kind of place! Jane-you are not alone! Trust me! I go to the dentist this morning so they can fix a front tooth I chipped while eating sunflower seeds :thumbup: I HATE dentists. Pray for me....I am the worlds biggest baby. It should just need a little bonding and I will be good to go. If it takes more than that then I may need nitrus :tt2: By the way, I have put back on like 4 pounds but I am not changing my ticker because it is just temporary....I am going to fix THAT problem! bbl friends

Terry...I dunno...I just don't know. I would still have to pay a couple hundred dollars which isn't bad but I also like to get in a car & drive. I get alot of thinking done, ya know? not sure what I am gonna do yet.

Our park has a walking track complete with mile markers and workout stations. It is supposed to be pretty today so we are going to take advantage of it.
