Well, here is an update. on my mess. Nothing is going to happen for a while. We will have to just sit back and see how it unfolds. It'll have to wait until February...unless she forces our hand... DD is going to my sisters house tomorrow and dsd is with a friend for the weekend so I will have a child free 24 hours starting tomorrow morning :thumbup: Have a great weekend everyone!

We have a cold front coming....YAY Now it will be highs of 70's instead of 90's :thumbup: Happy Friday ladies. I haven't lost any weight this week, but I haven't gained...so that is good. I will lose some by next Friday :sad:

Hi everyone-thanks for the prayers, PMs and the words of encouragement and the adivice. I am so grateul to all of you! Not quite sure what we are going to do. I hate to juggle bills and skip bills to have double notes and stuff so close to Christmas. I am not going to do that, it would lead to disaster with my luck!...maybe I will buy a lottery ticket. :wink2: I know one thing I will do (try very hard, anyway). I will do my best to be conscious of what I put in my mouth. I have probably gained weight. I will weigh in tomorrow. I am so tired of letting myself down. Jen-sounds like you had a fantastic time! mammogram done... I know you all really wanted to know that! I am scared of all the flu shots, so I can not give an opinion really.

Good morning friends...wanna hear something that really surprised/shocked me? Nothing really shocks me anymore but this did...i was bringing dsd to school the other day and I was asking her if there was a pep rally that day. She says "yeah, I think so but I have a dollar to get in." WHAT? Pay to get into a pepe rally? Really? :thumbup: Since when do the kids have to pay to show their school spirit? Come to find out later that there are some that you pay for and some you dont but still...c'mon! Sad day in america when students have to pay to go to a pep rally. All the students need to band together and not go...bet that would put an end to that. Unbelievable. I go for my mammogram today. Just what I woke up looking forward to, my girls being smushed down to pancake size by a huge (cold) machine :cursing: OK, I have spread enough cheer for this morning :wub:. Mums the word! Macy is really good about sleeping when she should. But she falls asleep faster too when she hasn't had a nap. The mortgage company called again today and we asked when the last payment was made and when they will start foreclosure procedures and they said next month if they do not recieve a payment. Suzanne-I have had someone tell me that before...and I agree with you. I know what they mean by it, but it feels like it is defining. It is hard to get a new outlook until everyone else looks differently towards ME. I know it should not be that way but....

I hear ya girlfriend....I was awful too. It is especially hard for me when dh is off work and wants to go out to eat. Oh well, no excuses, it is what it is and I am going to start new today. Then I do not care who wins as long as I do :eek: Good morning ladies...one of our other problems is for the past year since dh got his new job, we have been paying child support from our checking account and I found out from my brother (who has been thru this kind of mess) that unless the money goes thru the child support office, they are showing we owe her and we are in arrears. SO, this morning I am going to dig through bank records to find proof of payment. In addition to that, dh and his wife agreed that when dsd moved in with us that we would not pay anymore. Well, I found out that we have to get her to admit that fact and if she doesn't we will still owe her because the only thing that can change a court order is another court order...ugh. At least we will have legal custody of her and it will be official. You know, I knew all of this in my common sense brain but did not really think about it. SO, now when we get the lawyer, we are gonna try to take care of all of it at once. It'll all work out. Ok, enough whining:blush:. I gotta get dd ready for school. I will drop in later! The divorce decree said that she gets the house...I know the title is still in his name because the mortgage company is calling us for the money. Should have been delat with a long time ago but it wasn't so...it is what it is. I am looking up a good attorney and my husband is also going to talk to the mortgage company to see what our options thru them might be but thing is...how do we get her out of the house? Seems like if she isnt paying the note we could evict her, but what about the divorce decree. UGH, so frustrating! That is why we need legal advice, pronto. I will definitely check the county records....thank you for the advice! I would have never thought of that! While we have the lawyer we are going to legally have our dsd put in our custody and change the child support part of it too. Long story goes with that but I can sum it up by saying if we dont do it, we are going to suffer for it in the long run when the kids are 18. Best to ward off any problems now. :thumbup: It is enough to wear a person out! Good night ya'll! And thank you!
