      Yep ..u r right.. Before my surgery I could jot jog much cause of the extra weight. Now a days I feel so light when I jog. No huffing and puffing.

      Have to admit yesterday I did over-do it a bit. But after I recovered, I still felt awesome!

  12. Met a personal goal of mine-- this morning: 175 lbs!... But I didn't buy my prize for my last goal yet!! Haha... Oh well! 2 prizes it is!

  13. Met my Dr's 1st goal today!! (36lbs lost) :)

  14. My first week with no real loss. Not as bummed as I thought I'd be. Celebrating anyway! :)
