And support means not just to say its ok cheat start again tomorrow. Pre op and po directions are there so we will nit have complications and succeed it does no help for people looking for info or support to read about cheating prior to surgery knowing full well that its dangerous. Support is helping each other make it not help them make excuses this is a lifestyle change period. You don't support people taking chances before they are healed or go under the knife now I am not being sarcastic I have right to how I understand it

My only issue has been been nausea and the nurses were in it as soon as I woke up. Pain is low been walking around. Dic keeping mevin hospital till Monday. I believe ive done well followed doctor's diet etc. Bo cheating wanted itvti gi smooth. I also walked 2 miles before surgery nurse's cant believe how well im doing do yourself a favor don't cheat journal your food like on sparkpeopke. Which is like weight watchers for free remember smoking prior during or after will cause issues with your sleeve nothing tastes as good as thin feels

Sleeve is your second chance at life. I don't understand anyone goinbthru this major surgery and still trying to cheat. With foods or cigarettes either you do or you don't. If you plan a half ass attempt why bother. I've read here people skippy stages not following advice from surgeons. I just shake my head. I believe it's these people up with complications and don't succeed. If your not truly ready to chance fontbitbit won't work for you and you will end up with more damage

Please, consider your question carefully. I know the addiction is strong (I smoked for over 30 yrs) but you had 85% of your stomach removed so that you could live a long, happy, healthy, and more active life and now you want to start smoking again?
The reason they have you stop smoking is because it interferes with your healing. You won't be totally healed from the operation for another month.
After the 3rd day you no longer have a physical addiction to the nicotine. It is ALL in your head. Love yourself enough to not start smoking again. And yes, it is hard. I haven't smoked since 2005 and I still want one every once in awhile.

Hardly no pain no gas. But bad nausea in fact keepin me another day. Bunions start phase two today. Protein. Love my doctors. The best advice I can give don't cheat on your preop, I did two mile walk th morning of my surgery and I started weight watchers to get used to journaling. If funds are tight youncan log into sparkpeople. Dot come. It's like ww online but its free. This a great choice. Now I have too how I handle phase two Protein Powder. My doctor does phase one for 24 hrs then two weeks of shakes. Then mushiness. Anyone else recently sleeeved

All went extremely well , I am 1 wk put today, feel great no pain incisions healing nice old to start yogurt, applesauce, cream Soups, and pudding yeah. Down 9lbs since surgery 41 total so far yeah! Cleared to go back to work Monday which is good cuz I am so bored lol. I can't say enough great things about the Lahey Burlington ma WLS they were/ are fabulous! So my stats are

Well how did everyone do. I'm doing great. Pain isn't bad at all I had really bad nausea when I woke up but they were on it and within minutes gone. At 8 today I will go for my swallow then I get my one day of liquids then two weeks of Protein. No gas pains. At least not yet. And to boot I lucked out with a private. How is everyone else feeling

I was sleeved on Monday and I feel great! My family is amazed at well I'm doing. I walked around the block twice today and I'm getting in 32 oz of liquid. Luvin my life!!
