  2. I also had my first post op appointment today and I'm 270 as well :-) I'm amazed at how little I can eat. I got the go ahead for soft foods and tried refried beans at lunch and tuna at dinner. In both cases I had about 4 bites and it was too much. It was painful after. I guess it will take a while to figure out my capacity. During the liquid phase I was able to eat more yogurt, but I guess solids are more 'solid'. It will definately take some trial and error.
