Start Weight - 375
Surgery Date - 358
Today's Weight - 315
Total Weight lost 60lbs!!!

I had my surgery at wise regional medical center in Decatur it was about 40 mins from my house but well worth the drive everyone in the office is great and the whole hospital staff was amazing! He has an office in Dallas, Decatur and Keller! I use the Keller office for all my appts now!

I read that it can take up to two years for your skin to fit to your new body... It's also important to keep hydrated, use Vitamin E oil, exfoliating skin daily will help promote circulation to the skin which is said to help as well! Just give it some time!

The chubby girl in me want to say go for it....but the healthy girls trying to come out says don't sabotage your self this early on...if you can get thru the first couple of weeks with out. "Cheating" you've got this! Remember we are eating to live now not living to eat!! ????

I wasn't trying to be judgmental nor was i saying that I will never have any sweets ever again...I hope no one took it that way... I am just saying that this early on in the game its probably a good idea to try change our way of thinking! I was just trying to be encouraging!

Well maybe that is to be expected! I had it checked again on Wednesday and my surgeon said it will scab up and fall off! I guess we just have to keep a close eye in it!
