  1. Surgery date 3-14-13 Starting weight 216.6 Current weight 190.3 I feel like I'm losing sooooo incredibly slow. But I've never been able to say I've lost 26 pounds in 2 months so I'm trying to stay positive. I must admit I haven't been super diligent about working out. I eat approx 700 calories a day. I'm having a bit of a hard time adjusting to food. Still learning what my new stomach won't throw up. Yuck. I recommend taking photos. When you aren't seeing progress on the scale, it helps to see inches lost (unfortunately I didn't take my measurements so I've been using photos).

  4. Surgery weight = 216 Current weight = 187 Surgery date March 14 So far very happy with results. My goal weight is 140.
  5. My husband didn't like my frown in other pics I posted. He said I should be happy with my progress after a month.

  10. I'm in a stall too so I know how frustrated you are. I'm at the point of feeling like this just isn't working for me. My surgery was 3/14. I was down 22 lbs by 3/31 but since then I've gained back 3 pounds. I'm taking in around 700 calories. I tried a couple days increasing it to 900 but that didn't break the stall. I'm getting in 65-75g protein and at least 64oz liquid. I'm also walking 3.5 miles. Last night I had a huge meltdown. I don't know what's wrong with me.

    Slow looser ugh

    I appreciate this thread. I've completely stalled too. My surgery was March 14th. I was down 22 pounds but this week I actually gained 3. Not sure how that happens. I've upped my walking to 3 miles a day and today I got in 90g protein and increased my calories to 900. I had been getting in 65g protein and my calorie count has been @ 500. Hope this works!! I've been logging my food daily on MFP.

  13. Try orange Vitamin water zero or crystal light. They aren't sweet. I also put a lemon in my water to help with the taste. I hate plain water too.

    Stomach butt!

    My doctor said to get in a pool and swim laps. I had my two week post op today and that was his recommendation. Thankfully I have access to a community pool. I also bought the Palmers Cocoa Butter lotion for weight loss/stretch marks. Hopefully they work.
