I'm 2 Weeks out on soft solids. what kind of exercise is ok. Doc said I could start elliptical but wasn't specific on anything else... What about crunches down 19lbs n spinach is looking flabby.

So I got sleeved on Thursday afternoon. Thursday and Friday were the absolute pits. Excruciating gas pain and soreness in the abdomen. I wasn't able to walk much due to pain and lightheadedness. Today I'm feeling much better and I'm able to do my breathing exercises and walking. I can't believe I actually did. Here's to a new future.

Check Walmart I online, I use the Protein shakes that are all ready made and ready to drink and Walmart has it for good price. The vanilla cream is good and also the chocolate.
