exercise!

I'm 2 Weeks out on soft solids. what kind of exercise is ok. Doc said I could start elliptical but wasn't specific on anything else... What about crunches down 19lbs n spinach is looking flabby.

I would do crunches yet. You have inter sutures and can cause problems. Call your doc and see what he says.

I don't think crunches is a great idea. I would stick to walking and cardio. I am 1 week out an I do the advance wii steeping for 20 minutes and then I do hula whoop on the wii but for only 3 minutes and more walking.

But check with you doctor...

Docs know best, but I would strongly recommend avoiding crunches. In fact, I would focus on walking only for the first four weeks. Let ur body heal. I understand the sense of urgency, but focus on healing first. Besides u can get good exercise and benefits from walking. Good luck!

I'd stick to all cardio and no core work at all for at least another 4 weeks. Not so worried about the stomach, but the sutures and incisions for the surgery.
